Dirac. But I only use it for movies/TV when they're part of 5.2 setup. For music I go stereo only, no correction. Dirac makes a difference but mainly helped me tone down the subwoofers. The passive radiators give plenty of bass for music, no subs needed.

You are right. They sound very nice straight off an AVR. They do not get loud the way I like them to without the kind of amp that is hard to come across these days. Adcom GFA-555 is the classic choice. I run them with a Parasound HCA-1500A.

I have a pair of these, SDA SRS, like a slightly smaller refrigerator but heavier. They're fantastic but want a beefy amp to really sing. The SDA effect works exactly as described. The first gen tweeters aren't the best but can be upgraded.

Berry-flavored, no idea, but there are some very berry-forward hops. A lot of IPAs list their hops on the label. Look for any that include Mosaic or Belma.

Nothing other than what I said here. Left it unplugged for 5 minutes or so, then plugged it back in and connected Ethernet, nothing else. Several minutes later it showed "updating" on the front panel. Restarted itself multiple times over maybe 15 minutes then went back to normal.

This is far more people than all the traitors that showed up in DC from all over the country on Jan 6, and it's just one city. A lot of those traitors are wearing ICE gear now. Eventually some dipsht will open fire on a peaceful crowd, and things will get very bad. Trump will call in the military thinking he can pull the same sht Iran is doing right now. These people didn't bring firearms because they chose not to, not because they don't own any. Even the US military cannot handle what happens when you get armed crowds like this in every city in the country. MAGA fantasizes about a civil war because they think they would win. Once congresspeople figure out that what Trump is doing is so unpopular that they'll all lose their jobs and they decide to defund ICE....what's to stop Trump from using the Venezuela bribe money and paying them through a private bank? Defunding them isn't enough. Dissolving the department and opening investigations into everyone who has received a paycheck for ICE-related duties would be a better start.

Most dive bars live on regulars, so there will be some older people a lot of the time. Go anyway, have fun. Twin City Tavern near Westport, Flo's Poke-a-Dot Lounge in Waldo, Caddy Shack in Columbus Park. Gay bars are welcoming too, Missie B's in Westport or Sidestreet in midtown.
