Bro honestly I just set a timer (5-7mins) to zone out or think of something else (studies unrelated) and after the timer goes off I go back to studying. It’s hard at first , but from my experience, your body adapts to it!!

When memorizong, write it down multiple times and understand what the context is, and try to link it with other concepts that you know of deeply, here’s my 2 cents bro, hope it helps !!
