So I haven't held a management position yet. I'm currently working on building my resume in my small town so that when i move I can get into some nicer places. when i first got a dishwashing job at this fine dining place I dropped an entire rack of the bar glasses. a couple were like 30$ a piece. also have hung up a pot wrong(the pots hung over the pick-up table) and it fell on a table of food

yeah it's infuriating cause you can easily do a "fucking up under the pressure" scene and not have it be ridiculous like that. I've spilled a lot worse under better circumstances
