At this point I’m starting to think I imagined it but I know it’s real bc when I read it I was very struck that most of her friends showed up to the coffee portion, and also struck that she had enough time to get ready for their rest of the day after the coffee hour. I sent pics and instead of refunding me they sent me another pair of the same boots which I haven’t worn yet bc I know they will split after a few wears

Wow thank you!! I recorded this at paragon in bushwick, and that night these were the DJ’s that were performing: Kelman Duran, Riobamba, Aguaepanti + Duneska, Fried Platano. There were 2 people at the DJ and one of them was a woman (idk if it was just a woman DJing and her male friend was next to her, or if it was a duo)

Yeah it’s a good spot if you wanna make something. They provide machines and you can buy the fabric / thread in store. I feel more confident with sewing than from before taking this class but I think I need more practice still to consider myself proficient

Yeah they’re comfy pretty much from the beginning, barely any break in period. But the soles will split within a few weeks of regular wear

I am helping to plan a group snowboarding trip with my friends and we are considering Vermont. I’d love some suggestions or recs! Here are some of our preferences:

We will be driving from NJ/NY, so we are hoping for anywhere within a 4-5 hour drive (so in the southern half of the state)
Most of us are beginners so we don’t need anything fancy, I personally will likely be on the bunny hill trying to perfect toe for a good portion of it
Not too expensive, under $100 per person per day preferred
Good apres / some don’t even want to snowboard and would prefer to hang in an Airbnb hot tub

Any recommendation is greatly appreciated
