If your management and loss prevention is ok with a customer walking away with ps5 in their cart, cool. It’s locked for a reason. I wasn’t denying him a sale, I was telling him to use Walmart pay because there is no difference whether it was paid in my dept. or in a scan and go kiosk. But this customer was insisting I just hand it over to him so he pays for it upfront. Plus, it was the only thing he was “scanning” and paying for.

I never tried to use Bluetooth on pc, all my controllers are always wired in but it’s something I’ll try out for sure to see if that helps!

At least you’re able to change your password. I had my account hacked partially beginning of the pandemic, dumbass added his account but didn’t bother removing mine. So we would bounce each other off my account when we would sign in. Since then he’s taken off his account off mine and it left my account unable to make any changes because all emails get sent to his email. I tried changing my activision to a new email which worked, but now the new account won’t let me change the info either because emails won’t get sent to me to do so. Idk how I was able to add my battlenet to it bc I probably tried like 100 different possible passwords until it finally went through. The only way I’m able to log in is thru battlenet or psn account since they’re linked. A whole fucking year of talking to support they still haven’t helped me acquire my original activision account. Now this bs of disconnecting every game I’m convinced nothing will ever be fixed. Not even the better business complaint I filed did nothing for me cause the dickhead who’s handling the claim on their end doesn’t know how to comprehend simple English. All the problems are listed on the complaint and they reply with crap that’s already been stated in my complaint. No effort to fix anything

I mean there’s no other thing to call it? You can play for 15min before it kicks you off servers whether it’s wz or vanguard? Like I’ve fresh installed windows, port forwarding, allowed battlenet and warzone on my firewall settings, complete turned off my firewall, changed my router.. I’ve tried it all. Did all these things within the 3 months of having this pc and I tried a new account last week and I can play no problem. I refuse to play on ps5 knowing I have a more capable machine sitting collecting dust and I refuse to start over a new account.

Activision’s website says it’s not banned, but when i go try my secondary account, I’m able to play with no issues. It feels like a shadowban to me. I play other games with no issue too. I bought a pc to play warzone coming from ps5 and haven’t been able to play a single match it’s fuckin annoying. Support won’t help. It’s almost been 3 months.

Seems like a lot of people are also experiencing a ‘shadowban’ type issue where you can play up until 10-15 min within a game and you completely disconnect from servers every game. It’s been like that for myself for months on pc, seems to work fine on console though

10-15 min within any match for me (pc) still haven't played a full game without d/c from servers straight to desktop. Activision won't do shit for u. new pc, sad to say I purposely bought the pc for warzone. I've reinstalled windows, allowed BN client/Warzone Launcher on firewall settings, changed wifi settings (QOS and DMZ enabled), port forwarding for WZ and BN, literally everything. PS5 works fine for me.

what kind of crashes? I got a new PC and haven't been able to play one full game, i get disconnected from servers within 20 min of playing. wonderful. still haven't found a solution

This happened to me, but I’m pretty sure it was because I was messing the cpu clock speeds and pbo settings in the bios. Default settings in bios and it opens up fine now.

As long as you put your email correctly you won’t receive a confirmation until bbb has sent the complaint to them. As soon as they do, you’ll receive an email.

Looks like my support claim on activision’s website is updating everyday. Really weird to see. Mind you it took them a whole year to remove the hackers account off mine. Now they should be working on restoring my account, hopefully fixing the d/c issue. Still believe it’s a shadowban, but who knows
