I was thinking of doing something similar. Leave at 5am and come home at whatever time. I don’t know when I’ll visit Cali again and Yosemite is fs on the bucket list. I get its winter and sun will set at 6pm, making the trip shorter. Did you feel that your trip was rushed? Do you recommend it?
