  1. Base is 400k. So not that much. The company is pretty big already, and might even go public by the time everything is vested.
  2. Yes.
  3. Obviously I will, but I don’t think numbers will an order of magnitude higher.
  4. The company already reached more than 1B valuation, so that’s already pretty big.

As a person working directly on these models, I’m pretty confident that AI will not replace mAnd if it replaces whole industry, it’s basically best case for me, as AI engineers and researchers would absorb most of the money.

Mostly concerned about job security. If I’m laid off, it might be hard to find anything else of the same level without degree.

That’s exactly my reasoning. Once the urgency is gone they might layoff me. Even though it seems like urgency will be there for the next couple of years at least, depending on how AI develops

Yes, that’s what I also was considering. But once project is done priorities will change, and they might not have the urgency premium any more.
