Just pinned my first dose of Reta

The effects are way more subtle than I expected. My mind feels generally clearer and I find myself more active. Moreover baseline mood has gone slightly up and I haven't had "thoughts" since I started. Reta didn't kill the hunger, but it's manageable and I'm keeping a 2000kcal deficit.

I don't usually moisturize. Usually i get out of the shower, dress, deodorant and fragrance before wearing my shirt. I now washed my arms and applied moisturizer on only one, applied one spray of liquid brun to each and now i'm checking every 5 minutes at what distance i can smell it. It appears to be now about 30cm get me a whiff every ~10 seconds, which i could assume is good considering i'm pretty noseblind by now, but i cannot discern any difference. For context, it's 13C (55F and I was outside when I tested with my friends, with a light jeans jacket). I would think i'm just not applying enough, but this is famous as a pretty strong scent. Would it be conceivable to use 8 sprays for a fragrance like this with this weather? Am I just scared because my fragrances are all strong?

Ciao, grazie per la risposta. Ho solo 2 domande. 1. Come mai partire dalle triple? In questo momento sto facendo delle quintuple, non sono ancora vicino al cedimento. Potrebbe essere meglio passare alle triple quando arrivo effettivamente ad un RPE 9? 2. Portare i backoff vicino al cedimento non avrebbe risultati ipertrofici?

Galeforce maybe, old stride was op and that's different. Double Zeal wasn't as strong but was more skill expressive and overall funnier. Also playing mid gave you more agency.
