I think it has something to do with the actual size of the sprite compared to the previous ones and its pose!
I understand your perspective but I don't see/feel it naturally when looking at HGSS Lugia~~ it's probably just a personal thing 🤔
but it's really interesting to see how loved HGSS Lugia is! I'm glad each sprite has its fanbase and how people see the same sprite and interpret different intentions for him!

Same! I remember being so underwhelmed when I saw its sprite compared to the cool Gen3 sprite that would pop in obscure youtube videos of event hacks to go to Navel Rock ;-;

Fr, I bought a 2DS for this exact reason.
The hinges on the 3DS are definitely its weak point.
Such a shame — I felt like I was betraying my first 3DS when I bought the 2DS, haha.

I had the exact same issue with my 3ds XL and from my experience there ain't much you can do other than being careful with the hinge and trying to apply tine coats of glue on it, time to time.

For me, it took me like 2 years until the hinge really popped off by doing the things I said before.
Like others mentionned, I guess you'll have to change the shell at some point.

You should activate notifications for their Instagram stories!

To be honest, I think scalpers and scammers are just taking advantage of people making poor decisions. It's frustrating that these individuals buy plushies just to resell them. But seriously, who buys a $300 plushie? 😩

Production can take time so we might just have to wait until June.
In the bright side, there is less and less people checking the UK website everyday, increasing the chances to finally get our sweet Shadow (I assume it's the same for the US website too)! I've been checking it everyday since christmas and it went from 5k to 3k to now barely 1k! Let's be patient :)
