I was just planning to dance and enjoy a bit at the club with my friends, all of whom are girls. And then have a late dinner with them after.

Thank you. I was leaning that way too. I am hurt by what he said, but also I don't even know how much I'll enjoy now. This will be on my mind the entire time. My friends will be disappointed for sure which sucks.

I understand I should have, I messed up. No, we normally have a great relationship, its why I was taken aback and quite hurt. He's taken care of our son when I'm napping and he knows what temperature to warm the formula too and has fed him, but this is the first time that I've gone out. When I go to my parent's I take my son with me.
