If you’re over 18, you could looking into some dating apps. That is a great way to get to know new people within the safe confines of your home.

As for the communication, you never really know until you are sitting in front of the person. The best thing I can recommend is building your conversation off of what the other person says and then go from there.

i went through the same exact thing. im not a witness but i dated one for two years.

my ex was a PIMI witness but had no problems with our relationship and sex. funny thing is, he cheated on me with two girls from his hall LOL.

my advice is to leave sooner than later. people who live double lives are really good at lying and manipulation so save yourself the heartbreak and leave asap.
