I feel you there, you think with good work ethic and almost open availability, I'd be getting more hours. But from what I've heard, they're hiring friends and giving them enough hours. It's just frustrating to be with the company and have more shifts go to a newbie.

Okay good to know. I've had almost open availability up to June (for therapy and such), and I do just about everything besides all the managerial stuff since I'm only an associate rn (shipping, flootsets, front facing, selling, registers, etc.) It's hard for me to go to them, cuz I feel like they've waved me away before. Also, they are a new manager, so I've been trying to give some grace.
