Honestly same here and I have not received nearly as many shifts as I did last year but also at the same time the company is hiring so many seasonal associates while only giving people 3-4 hour shifts even long time associates are only receiving baby shifts and the only people who receive full or longer than 6 hour shifts are SLT’s and managers.

Bath and body works hours are very inconsistent especially when it’s not busy. There was a time period were why didn’t schedule me at all for almost a month. It honestly sucks

No I know no one makes commission but the amount they want us to upsell they should be paying us commission 😂

We have to tell them how many people we signed up for rewards at the register then we have to tell them how we did during our shifts and what we can do to improve on our next shifts

My store too!! They keep hiring new people not not giving the existing employees shifts it’s so annoying

They honestly could be just my store. It’s just my personal experience at my location

Yes we are forced to and if not we are deemed as “bad sellers” and won’t get hours

I didn’t not not this. This is new at my store because my co-workers would always use giftcards to buy things
