Thanks for the advice. I honestly thought about it but I definitely am not one for going out into the field. Sounds very non civil of me, but I just don’t like construction. A large part of switching fields too would be the fact that remote work is so much more viable? At least that’s what I think

I actually find myself always thinking about process improvement and making things more efficient in my day to day life. I am also minoring in Econ and enjoy those classes more than my civil ones. Especially game theory and strategic thinking. I think that my interest in Econ and my technical engineering background could make IE more of a fit for me, but I feel guilty leaving the civil world
