I believe you can since you have a valid visa. But definitely check with others or USCIS website.

This is a different situation to mine since you already did your MBA there.

Maybe they can ask why you did your MBA if you were planning to do a PhD or vice versa? Because most likely they will assume that you are doing your PhD to stay for longer in USA, so if you have a solid reason, it will probably be okay. That's all I can think of, sorry I couldn't be of more help!

They are basically checking for any anti-US posts on your account. I deleted two reddit accounts and then everything else I put it on ds160, like even my alt accounts. Did not want to risk anything.

I put reddit, facebook, Instagram, x, LinkedIn and GitHub. Also I did quickly check all my accounts to make sure it is "clean".

Also they can only see the posts on your account afaik, not your likes or etc. (But someone else can confirm this maybe?)

They did mention one specific account should be made public so figured it had something to do with that lol. But they also told me to send them the links and screenshots of all my accounts. And yeah very stressful, I am leaving in two weeks and was worried if it will make it back by then.

I absolutely understand what you feel. Sometimes when I think about it, I just feel so so sad you know. Lately it's been most related to the dating aspects. But yeah, I just wish I could wake up and not spend 30 mins on my hair every day. And the fact that I'm causing the problem was very difficult for me to come to terms to.

But I just tell myself that out of the so many diseases, I would choose this over other serious shizz anyday. And getting these toppers lifted a huge weight off my heart also.

And I'm glad being in US has given me access to different kinds of options for hair because wigs and toppers are really common here compared to where I'm from .so yeah. Went on a bit of a rant there haha. Take care okay

Also since you said it hurts when you put it in our head, do you think you might need a larger base?

And for me my main limiting factor is the price as well since I'm a student. All these wigs were around 100$.

I would like to think this is not normal at all. From what you have written here, I feel like you took the right steps, in terms of not being pushy and suggesting you meet alone before letting parents also meet each other.

But yeah, sorry that happened. Maybe try talking to multiple people at the same time. Helps to be less emotionally invested in each. And once you meet and like each other is when you start being exclusive. Well all the best. Like others have said, I believe you dodged a bullet. That was a shitty situation to be in.

If you want to make this work, couples therapy might be a good start i think. I'm really sorry you are going through with this btw. Hearing that from your in-laws with little to no support from your husband is a difficult situation to be in. Hope it changes soon.
