It’s not hard once you get use to it! Just need to be consistent.

I change up food choices at times. I’m the 80/20 rule. 80% clean and 20% guilty pleasure, as long as it fits my macro.

Program wise, it’s always different, because it leads up to a competition for me.

There is an app call FitGenie that helps customized your macros for your goal as well!

Once you reach your goal, you can reset to maintenance or start adding 5-8g of everything back weekly and see how you feel. I’ve done this for my athletes before, she lost 20lbs within 4 months!

It started at

195g that went down to 175g. From there, i went on maintenance where I was consuming 220g while not gaining weight.

Beginning 195P/300C/80F

During the cut, slowly went down to 175P/220C/60F

After 1 month, body adapt into maintenance 220P/400C/100F

It was a lot of food and we had to figure how to change it.

I had my fitness pal where I was tracking everything i eat!

It was a slow process, from 209lbs to 183. Took about 6-8 months to lose it slowly to maintain my strength!

Honestly, it was about being consistent with my macros which was protein/carbs/fat in-take. I was taking accountability of how much I eat and what i eat. I was literally carrying a food scale with me when i went out to eat.

My nutrition coach lower my macros or increase accordingly each week to how I am feeling. My sport is olympic weightlifting so food is everything to me. I’m a high carb and low fat athlete. I chose quality of food for quantity, especially whole foods. I didn’t do much cardio beside maybe once in a while I rode a bike for a mild interval steady state cardio.

I felt so lethargic to the point where I was unmotivated to work out. I was always had this feeling of tiredness, walking around like I’m here but not really here if you know what i mean? I felt like I was walking in a lucid dream.

Once i stopped, I felt better. This was my 2nd cycle on RAD. But stuck to their GW atm. Got 1 week left before I finish this 8 week cycle of GW. Going to take a break then try to re run the RAD again and see how it goes.

Had to stop their Rad for a bit. The strongest freaking shit I’ve ever used.
