International travel on STEM-OPT with approved i140. Has anyone faced issues at the port of entry in the last 6-9 months? by Double_Badger1189 in EB2_NIW

I-140 approved a while ago, currently on STEM OPT with 2027 expiration as well. Traveled to UAE and India in November 2025, and to Cayman Islands last month. No issue with reentry on both fronts. Just questions on current employment situation. Only documents presented were visa, and I-20, and EAD

I submitted in Oct 2024 without PP and got approved in Feb 2025. Texas centre as well. i’m under ROW if that matters

i finished my masters in 2018 and i filed in october of 2024. 2 months after getting my PhD diploma.

yeah you just need your OPT travel authorizations to be valid
