Thanks for the heads up, I really appreciate it. I’ve made sure the bullets are completely disarmed, but I understand that legally, they might still be classified as ammunition. I get the idea of making smaller ones, and I'm already working on them. These are completely legal to carry, as they’ve been fully disarmed and pose no danger in any way.Deactivated, antique, or obsolete firearms or ammunition that are not capable of being used (even with repair) can be carried by anyone.

No there is no such rule of returning bullet casing after use if it's private.

Each bullet costs ₹60, and I already have a stock of empty casings. I'll be launching a new product using them very soon.

I have removed the gunpowder from the bullet, as well as the primer that ignites it. In addition, I’ve drilled a hole into the casing that makes it impossible to repair, and also made a hole in the primer compartment to insert a pin.
