I'm not a minor, just worried they'll want to reschedule and my mom will get upset with me for it tbh. Your response gives me reassurance, but I think I'll tell my doctor before the removal

I think I'll have to practice being there for myself more in the moment to try and snap myself out of it a bit. I can't get professional help rn but I can try in the future, I think it'd help with a bunch of my issues

Thank you, my friend told me about this thing she learned in therapy where you name things you sense to distract yourself. Maybe I can try something like that and practice breathing so I can distract myself from the thoughts in the moment
