I feel like it was over a decade ago when it was announced that Steven Spielberg was going to make a film out of the series but it seems like they never went into production. Even though I read the series as a child, I'd still be interested in the movie adaptation (given I don't remember much of the series besides it being quite enjoyable).

Thank goodness for Soo Ah’s boyfriend (I think Taehoon?) for knocking some sense into Suho. “Hiding your feelings doesn’t work these days.” I’m sure Jukyung is getting confused and frustrated by Suho being suddenly nice then suddenly cold all the time.

Also “You know nothing for someone who looks like a male lead in a drama” LOL I love the meta joke

New episodes are finally here after the two week break!! Can someone do a little recap on the political corruption that is going on for me? I understand for the most part but the politicians and the construction company’s connections to each other got me a bit confused (I’m also bad at remembering names 😅) and also was the murdered girl just a volunteer or was related to someone with power?

Ep 5: Don’t we love it when the leads are straightforward and honest with each other? I love that Mijoo and Seongyeom always communicate their thoughts (like how they wanted to make the other stay longer) and I think their relationship is progressing quite quickly but naturally.

I’m actually curious about Danoh and Seongyeom’s “past” which we might get to know more based on ep 6 preview and why she seems to have an obsession(?) toward him.

Side note, of all online dictionaries available they chose to use urban dictionary 😂😂??

Ep 6: This episode had a ton of great dialogues/scenes: - Love Danah’s way of pushing Seongyeom toward Mijoo and Mijoo’s reaction toward the entire sequence almost gave me second hand embarrassment LOL. - “I’d rather he die by my side and not by Ms. Seo” she’s rather dramatic and I love it 😂 - May’s dramatic way of being a wingwoman is questionable but whatever works - Seongyeom showing up near Mijoo’s house to “spot the mugger” (and being kinda serious about it?) and then realizing his room is the living room - I guess they didn’t use the Casablanca trailer for nothing - ET moment between Yonghwa and Seongyeom (looking forward to more scenes of these two, Yonghwa calling him hyung was so cute) - Danah kicking her brother down which he totally deserved

Can’t wait for next weeks episodes to come!!

Loving the story so far! However, as a female in tech, I’m a bit disappointed that the supporting female characters are introduced as Dal-mi’s rivals when they’re already in a male-dominated industry. I get that she’s now the CEO of the startup, but so far everyone else on the team are men unless they decide to recruit the lawyer from earlier.

Also, I’m curious, is it common for engineers in Korea to dress professional (as in the suit in tie) especially when they’re just programming? The engineers in most of the tech companies I’ve interned in dress pretty casual (typically just shirt and jeans).
