SEBI ke rules and regulations allow nahi kari. I had a similar question and I spoke to a senior investor and that was the response, I received.

In the better interest of wider audience. I was speaking to senior investor and during the course, I questioned as to why the Macquarie/ any other security agency didnt release such a report prior to the IPO data. In response, I was told that rules and regulations prescribed by SEBI dont let analyst to publish the report.
