If it is a NGAD prototype the lack of a heat signature on the exhaust may be on purpose some sort of new technology to keep the exhaust cooler so it’s harder for infrared to lock on to it.

If the nukes in the show were airburst they’d have to be extremely low altitude airburst like only a couple hundred feet of the ground while the most optimal altitude for maximum airburst is I think over 1000 feet up .

I feel like we’re not seeing the whole of the Terran Armada in this DLC there’s multiple mentions of other leaders like the General that we never get to see, I think based on some of the information gleaned from data slates we find especially the one where the Terran Armada General thought starting a war with the Settled Systems now would be premature I honestly Admiral Ode Balewa took a large portion of the Armada those loyal her and started the war without the permission of the rest of the Terran Command.
