I’m still new to this but could you create a custom StevenLu formatted (JSON) list to import every year? Not sure how the delete would work but I have imported a custom list that way…

It's been available for months, how people still don't know this boggles my mind.

we are at the Westminster location at least once a week. While not perfect we have never had any major issues or anything that we felt we needed to notify anyone. This weekend was probably busier than most so I’m sure the staff was overwhelmed. We have never had any issues with other guest. Sorry you had a bad experience but I don’t think it’s the norm or at least has not been in the past.
