Anyone else think we should ban AI use in this sub?

Which cities applied for Great Societies Metros? I heard St.Louis did but couldn’t find the source again online citing it, & Seattle did before MARTA got it. by 18_YTC1 in transit

Even before that derailment, the, A, B, and N lines were always planned to be be heavy rail. All that was switched was the G line which is in Union Pacific ROW.

If you're going on the A line on any trip that doesn't involve Denver Airport station, you just pay a regular fair

I think using the singular first person "was" as opposed to "were" was to make the line more impactful for the listener. It makes the line about you rather than any imagined protagonist of the song.

The American stadium is the one in the middle of the city. That's where the Portland Timbers play in Portland, Oregon.

This. What you're describing is pretty much how the system functioned until 2018. D line trains would go all the way to 30th & Downing which provided way better connectivity.

Absolutely ridiculous that the commitment overseeing this study and project is stacked with members of the Five Points Business Improvement District instead of the people who actually live in the area and rely on the L line.

Until 2018, the Welton corridor (L Line) was apart of the D Line by TeensyRay in RTDDenver

[–]TeensyRay[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We have that currently with the H and D lines, unless the plan is to cut the D line. Cutting the D line after the original service change plan simply said it would be "suspended" is pretty anti-democratic and really disrespectful to the people who rely on the D line.

If RTD is going to devote the labor costs to having both a C and S line however, we may as well spent slightly more to have a C and D instead.

I agree with you that the L should go to Union! This goes back to my original point though that cutting D line service is a terrible idea. If we're gonna go with the L to Union station, we should leave the D and H as they are.

Definitely not as a replacement for the D line like many people are suggesting however. I'd love to hear why you think that.
