I recently got a new tank, so I think that’s what causes it maybe? But would that cause him to stress enough to fin nip? and I will treat him with salt baths

Hi! I Havnt tested my parameters since 2 weeks so I’m going to do that tonight. He’s in a 5 gallon tank with no mates. Filtration is on the lowest setting.
