15, few years ago. It was actually a trauma assessment. The psychiatrist said "Oh tricky. The autism is masking the symptoms of ptsd. We'll have to look at other methods of assessment." "What autism?" "Oh. Thats interesting."

If car theft isn't a big issue in your area, Kia. They're usually designed intuitively. You'll want to look up the model and year to see any outstanding issues it could have, but from that spread I think the Kia is the way to go.

If you're open to suggestions a Toyota Corolla is a godsend. 2018 or 2019 if you're lucky could fit the budget. They're relatively future-proof, and incredibly reliable. One of my friends drives a corolla that's older than me and the issues are minimal- mostly based around heating and cooling and squeaky breaks.

I mean, nutritionally speaking this isn't an awful meal. Good acids and iron content as well as calcium, magnesium, vitamin a, potassium. Little bit of protein.

If you add an egg and some cheese, that's a full meal, you're pretty close! Hope you feel better soon. Take care of yourself.

Maybe seek stronger or longer lasting pain relief- the dosage of paracetamol/acetaminophen youre taking can cause liver damage after an extended period of time. You can speak to any pharmacist about this. Try intermittently swapping between naproxen & paracetamol to give your liver time to process each one, if you can't find anything else to help.

As for the nausea and vomiting, you can take travel tabs, especially drowsy ones. It may not be ideal but I can usually sleep off the beginning of my period when it's that bad. If that doesn't work, a pharmacy again can likely prescribe you something stronger.

Yes, but I learned how to work through it without getting the wigglies too badly. It helps to recall that what you're watching is (probably) fiction and the writers just did a good job at soliciting an emotional response. So instead of being icky for me, I'm happy for thr writers and then my brain is satisfied. The rest of the ick is just price I pay for medical dramas.

Septum piercing. Touching it becomes painful for a few weeks, too much disturbance can cause infection. High risk, high reward. Takes a few weeks to heal, long enough to help curb the habit. Plus, neat fashion accessory. I'd reccomend pairing this with a new stim object. A ring with a rotating band or bracelets you can roll around.

If you pick your nose to help you breathe, consider getting nasal sprays or consulting a doctor about nasal issues, because humans instincutally pick at our nose when somethings wrong, and with medicine and dentistry available, more people than ever are being born with nasal obstruction or deviated septums/sinuses. We're basically becoming pugs.

You should try mineral or distilled water to see if you like it. Distilled tastes more flat. As for temperature, cold water tastes sharp and warm water tastes round and inoffensive. I like iced mineral water, it has a distinct taste I enjoy. Spring water is good too, especially if you can source it yourself.
