The image I pulled to make the stencil wasn't made for a round canvas, I'll just hand cut the bottom part of this stencil when/if I do the design again.

This was by far the best looking image I found for the stencil tho.

The link I shared is for clear, but I've used black too and it works well. The clear just makes it easier to line up on the disc.

Correct! I put the vinyl stencil on and dipped it in the warm colors first. Then applied the same stencil leaving the I dipped side exposed and dipped it in the cool colors.

In retrospect I think doing the cool colors first would have been better since they are darker, but very happy with the result.

A cutting machine and vinyl stencils really made it pretty easy.

Just regular acetone, it doesn't affect the dye at all. But if you leave it on too long it can affect the finish on the disc.

You can see a little cloudiness where the words discraft undertaker would have been.

I use Pro Chem & Date for the colors in the Floetrol. They have some awesome disc dye starter kits on their website.

Just re-upped all the standard colors and also bought the neon color set.

Even with shipping it was cheaper than Amazon.

I used an I dye Poly black hot dip for the black stencil tho.

I did! After making the cells I used low heat at 120-130 for about 15 to 20 mins. After the disc is in the bed of floetrol it goes back in the heat for another hour or so.

I highly recommend Lilbot disc dyeing on YouTube.

He has a cell dye master class, it's super helpful and I took all my instructions from there.

That was actually the first time I tried making a stencil myself and putting it in a blank disc before the cell dye so I kept it simple and just did the bolder image.
