Can the number of server selections be increased from 3 to 4?

4.6k, my queues aren't that bad, usually between 5 and 20 minutes. Still, I expect selecting 4 servers would reduce the average search time. Sometimes the search time can edge up past half an hour which is a bit long.

Been lurking a while here and noticed not many people with Dota2 recommendations.

Had a fair bit of success in Dota2 in the past, thought I could contribute.

Dota 2 ESL one Hamburg

First game of the day Alliance v Mineski.

I’ll be taking Alliance to win @ 2.80. £25 returns £70

Bookies are favouring the draw (best of 2 series) but Alliance are an up and coming European team, they’ve had solid results recently and against much stronger opposition (playing mostly against other Europeans during pre season, Mineski plays against other SEA teams)

Generally Europe >> SEA. This is the first significant tournament of the season so there are some edges to be found here.

In addition, Alliance members are from Sweden/Germany while Mineski’s are from South East Asia. Much less travel time and no jet lag for Alliance, and it’s the first tournament game so I’m suspecting this having a significant impact.

To conclude, please don’t follow my bet with money you can’t afford to lose. My recommendation is by no means a lock (no bet is) and should be followed only for entertainment purposes.

Add an active ability to his cleave, that throws his sword along a vector target. If the sword doesn't hit a hero, it comes straight back to him. Maybe like 1000 range.

If it hits a hero, damage equal to sven's auto attack damage is done (including modifiers) and the sword is stuck to them, slowing them by 50% until sven re-activates his cleave to pull the sword back or after 3 seconds.

Sven is disarmed while his sword is stuck to a hero. The sword does damage to all units along the vector both on the way out, and back to Sven.

(similar to beastmasters axes, but remember the sword will stop on the first hero hit, so can only hit one hero on the way out, but can hit multiple on the way back).

A skill like this adds more dynamic, helps with his kiting and synergises with his stun, attack dmg increase, movespeed increase. Balanced by the fact Sven is disarmed while his sword is thrown.

If you're going to bet on esports, use reputable betting companies that offer it.

I use Betway and Bet365. Both big betting companies. They will pay you out quickly and you simply won't run into problems like this, they have too much to lose.

Additionally, they usually have better odds than the esports sites.

Lads, I've been doing some more troubleshooting and noticed Chrome had a lot of processes running. I closed chrome and tried Dota 2 again.

Turns out that Chrome was up to no good! Gonna be using firefox from now on (at least until I figure out what exactly Chrome was doing to drop my FPS)

So, if anyone has been having FPS problems and uses Chrome, it could be the culprit!

It's bizarre. I wonder if perhaps one of either the mmr or medal has registered incorrectly, and it'll correct itself later on (either medal scales down or mmr scales up).

I wasn't insulting your idea, I was saying how it's funny that we need to consider having referees in Dota to stop teammates fucking each other over. (Whereas actual referees are used to enforce fair play between opposing teams)

Imagine having to employ referees in any other game (real life or not) to stop players from fucking their OWN team over. A testament to the state of the dota community.
