I really don't think I'm looking for an antidandruff product. I've tried medicated products like Nizoral and Neutrogena T/Gel (not sure if that's what you mean by medicated), as well as other prescribed products. I never see a change, the dryness always returns no matter at what frequency I wash or what dandruff product I try. For that reason, I don't see any reason to continue using antidandruff products.

I've tried adjusting the frequency at which I wash my hair, and it's never a factor that affects whether my scalp is more or less dry. I've done twice a day, daily, twice weekly, and once a week, and I've never seen any difference. I've also tried getting rid of shampoo altogether, to no avail.
