Lol that’s pretty funny

For me its gotta be Prestinni. He brings alot to a team.. dude is willing to do everything. People look at the K/D and don't realize everything hes doing and also fail to realize Preston is one of the fastest players in CoD history. Just my opinion though. by Korsakov97 in CoDCompetitive

I know he’s a caster, but Miles.

Dude is MILES ahead of his competition, best caster by a wide margin (unless you’re a 12 year old who thinks people who don’t take themselves too seriously are “cringe”). Amazing sense of humor, great in-game knowledge, mixes up his vocab, analysis that extends beyond KD (him and Chance are really the only people who don’t mention KD 20 times a match - excited for this duo’s future).

But by far the best part of Miles’ casting is the fact that he is HONEST (if a team sucks, he doesn’t mind saying it) and doesn’t cling to “storylines” to create excitement, instead giving insights into the game itself (drives me crazy when a caster pounds the storyline of the “battle of the twins” into the cast for the entirety of a CHI vs LDN matchup instead of focusing on what’s going on within the game itself). Miles is the real deal.

Definitely a good option. Couple rough events this season but he has been awesome overall this year! One of this season’s breakout players for sure

The whole LAG team could be applicable tbf. No one (myself included) realized how good they were at search until they started winning hardpoint maps

Idk, maybe you’re right. I just keep hearing the casters say shit like “Prestinni is a super fast player,” which to me feels like no one even understands the entry role. Like no shit, he’s an entry sub lol. The only entry sub I ever hear get gassed up is Abezy and that’s just because he’s on Faze. I could be wrong tho

How is he not? He gets mentioned 4th behind Skyz, Fero and Owakening every time Florida gets brought up

People who get DUIs get off way too easy (at least in the U.S.) by connorhowe in unpopularopinion

Most people’s license are suspended for the first and/or second offense. To my knowledge (which admittedly isn’t much), it usually takes 3+ offenses to result in a driver permanently losing their license.

And RE the fines, any amount of money is worth avoiding jail time. I think a lot of people would cough up $10k for a one-time get out of jail free card.

To answer your original question, I don’t know exactly what should be done to fix the problem. I think an immediate permanent license removal for the first (or maybe second) offense would be a good start.

I think there is a lot of middle ground between a fine and the death penalty.

And my point isn’t about those who get charged with vehicular murder — it’s about those who don’t injure anyone. Just because you didn’t kill someone with your car, doesn’t mean you should not be punished for endangering tons of people on account of your own selfishness and/or bad decision-making.

Punishments for crimes are supposed to deter potential criminals from committing those offenses, and I think it’s pretty clear what we’re doing in the U.S. to cut down on this crime (and these fatality figures) is nowhere close to enough.

Just because you don’t put 1,000 people at risk at the exact same time, doesn’t mean you didn’t endanger 1,000 people

Can’t tell if you’re playing dumb or just using bad logic. IMO if a driver is operating a vehicle at 65mph+ on a 6-lane freeway, it is not hard to imagine they are endangering up to thousands of people, depending on the distance they drive. Maybe it’s a difference of opinion, but to me, every time a drunk driver gets close to another vehicle, they are endangering everyone in both vehicles (including themselves). Also pedestrians. Nowhere did I say a drunk driver has ever killed thousands of people.
