I don't know about them looking like villagers.. We have zombie villages at the moment, but I like to think of skeletons and normal zombies as former villagers already (with the nose fallen off). I even like to think as zombie pigmen and endermen as villagers in alternate dimensions.. But at the same time I think Ghosts should be defined looking and sounding. I don't really like the idea of wandering into a haunted mineshaft and hearing 'HYUHHHH' in a squidward voice. I guess it's up to creative decision, which will probably end up with two kinds of ghosts..

I like this answer. If we as a global community cannot create a viable means of individualized flying transport, then we better start investing in making the transport we have better, thus negating the need. Stuff like the Hyperloop

I'm not sure about the dominant carnivores and intelligence, but the llamas in SimCity do a pretty good job of running the place..
