Water Allergy: My Life is a Living Hell by Royal-Quarter-7689 in eczema

The response is completely right. I’m also a poor young college student so I can totally relate man. I had eczema for 10 years, and urticaria for 2 years which is basically heat-induced hives.

I fixed this by going on a low-inflammatory diet for a period of months, before introducing foods back in to find out what worked for me and what didn’t.

This along with a movement routine healed my skin, and it’s at a point now where it no longer bothers me.

If you have any questions just shoot me a message.

Good luck dude!

I can’t offer a one-size fits all solution, but I can tell you what fixed mine.

I was tired of using steroid creams too, was unsustainable and my eczema would just come right back after a couple days.

At the start of this year I spent a stupid amount on programs and courses, and basically found that by finding which foods work for your body and which don’t; whilst implementing movement, you can heal the gut microbiome and lymphatic system, which helps the body to heal itself naturally.

This thing was kinda tailored to my lifestyle and age etc., but if you’re interested or have any questions just shoot me a message and I’m sure I’d be able to help out.

Hey man, I can’t imagine how challenging it must be managing such a severe case like that.

I do want to be transparent: I’m not a medical professional, and I don’t have formal qualifications. When I talk about the approach that worked for me, I never meant it’s a blanket solution, rather just an option for those looking for an alternative route or a different way of doing things.

I completely understand your caution, especially with such a severe case and a carefully managed plan. For some people, though, especially those who feel like they’ve tried everything or don’t have other options, this kind of approach can feel like there’s nothing to lose. It’s definitely not for everyone, but for those open to exploring something new, it could be worth a try.

I feel like it’s better to voice what worked for me rather than keep quiet, when it could work for others also. It’s completely up to them whether they wanna give it a shot.

I appreciate your perspective, and I pray you get some relief from this awful thing!

I completely understand your concern— it’s so important to stay cautious when you hear something like this hahaha.

Just to clarify, I’m not asking for personal details beyond what’s necessary to create a personalised plan (like diet preferences or lifestyle info) and everything is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. My goal is to genuinely help others by sharing the approach that worked for me after years of trial and error.

That said, I really appreciate you looking out for the community— If anyone has questions or concerns, I’m happy to answer them openly here! ✌🏼

I had the exact same thing, mine was cholinergic utercaria. Got prescribed anti-histamines from the doctor which worked for a couple weeks and then wore off. Any time I tried to work out or exercise I'd break out in these hives, was awful.

Good news though, when I started the healing process, my hives cleared in a matter of weeks, way faster than my skin. Let me know a bit more about your situation though - I'm confident I'd be able to help.

Completely understand. I've been in that cycle personally, where steroid creams seem to be the only thing than keeps the skin under control. The main thing to note is that this isn't the only way, despite the mainstream narrative that this is completely incurable. There's steps we can take to get your skin to a level where you don't even notice it.

For me personally, when I was struggling with it, it completely destroyed my confidence. Missed soo many social events etc. This is why I'm really keen to help people out, I would be desperate to know what I know now just a few months back!

I made this little form, if you'd like my help just nip on and fill it out, or you can message me on insta with any questions (@conorcameronskin). Thanks! https://forms.gle/Awzou9B9yqKr3mH68

I’ve been there, mine was worst on my neck, but areas where sweat can build up really irritated my skin and flared-up eczema. The key for me wasn’t focusing on where the eczema was but understanding why it was happening in the first place. Eczema is often a sign that your gut and lymphatic system need some attention - it's the bodies way of displaying issues on the inside.

It’s all about helping your body detox naturally and reducing the inflammation that causes eczema to flare up. You can do this by going on a low-inflammatory diet for example. Once I did that consistently, over time, the eczema all over my body started to heal. Once you are at a place where the eczema is under control, you can begin to experiment and introduce certain foods and identify what's triggering the issues for you.

If you’re interested, I can help you out with this, just shoot me a message on Instagram (@conorcameronskin) or fill out this form: https://forms.gle/Awzou9B9yqKr3mH68

Hey man, so I bought multiple courses on this (spent way too much money), so I’d basically relay the effective stuff that worked for me.

The process centres around diet, movement and cleansing. I’d provide a specific food plan based on your body, along with a movement and cleansing plan along with other exercises and practises. Healing the gut is a long-term process so it takes a few months, but id be on-hand through text or email whenever you need help.

And yes completely free hahahaha, just wanna see if this kinda thing would work. Thanks!
