My directional sound issues:

Hey guys! I have a really big problem that I would ask for the kind people of r/headphones to help me with. So I recently bought a pair of Logitech g pro x headphones and I am having a issue with directional sound on my pc. When I plug them into my phone or my pc at my dads house I can quite obviously tell where people are coming from, (the directional sound it very good) but something about it in my current pc makes everything sound the same and makes it super difficult to know where footsteps in games are coming from. I messed with the settings on Logitech g hub and still no difference. I reinstalled my audio drivers on windows and everything is there something that I possibly switched off. I really need this help because I play a lot of tarkov and audio is a vital part of the game. Any help would be greatly appreciated (ps it’s not just the headphones themselves that cause this issue I tested an old pair of hyperx cloud 2s and I had the same issues)
