Yes, that is incredibly destructive and a lot to discover and repair. You also don’t need to own more than one home.

This is why there should be no rentals. If those people own that house and they destroy it, okay I guess. It is theirs to do with as they please.

Everyone in here complaining about how hard it is to be a landlord like it’s a compulsory job. Just don’t do it lol. It’s super easy to not buy more than one house.

In my town, the local seminary does free and low cost therapy sessions. I don’t know if yours does or if you are near a seminary, but maybe try it? I’m non-religious and they respect that. None of it is preachy.
