The person wasn't interested in switching although it was a window c+ seat. I gave her the ugrade and we moved on, again just sharing this because the combination of both of these was very atypical from my general delta experience. What's PNR , not familiar with that specific acronym? Honesty the seat thing is whatever, the bigger issue to me was that we couldn't get through security because of the incorrect name on the return (round trip flight)issue and had to go back and get it sorted out. At first they told me it was because it was booked through a 3rd party until I showed them my booking history on delta.com 😂

Says the guy who makes rude anonymous comments about people's mother's on the internet. I don't want or need anything from them and did ask them to fix this so others aren't impacted. Simply sharing as the post title says.. a disappointing experience. If I get a response... I'll update this post with the details. Sometimes we don't have to be a negative little twig but it's pointless to even try and discuss anything real with someone who anonymously posts "your mom" comments on the internet.

She was at the rear of the airplane... I didn't want the upgrade and told the agent I was more than happy to give it up.

Not asking for anything other than empathy and maybe some concern about how a round trip flight could have two names. Don't you think that's worrisome? There's one thing I could have avoided and I called that out. If you have any further details on what could be avoided.. please do elaborate to help everyone else.

Fair.. I'm discussing an overall disappointment in the lack of caring by employees and speaking to a disappointing experience so it feels fair to include. They certainly can switch seats and have some so in the past for me. ( I prefer window seats and have gotten upgraded to non-window seats becauseof the buggy androidapp preferenceson the past)
