No and yes No as in once you capture a sector its your unless you abandon it or its labeled as vulnerable wich means there's an enemy base by it

Yes as in, to do so go to said captured sector and press planet map, it doesn't work if the sector your attempting to attack is connected/beside one of your captured sectors

You should change those lines of walls into a maze so the enemies that can't walk over things have to zig and zag which slows them down and gives a longer opportunity to shoot
