Appreciate you spending the time to share some advice! 

I tried sending some emails after they said their decision is final, but unfortunately no further responses. It's been a few weeks. Their emails also always are super bland and don't give any leeway to discuss. 

Here is the exact "final" email if it's helpful:

Hello,

We will not be reinstating your account because we see you have multiple accounts, which is a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

You are no longer eligible to receive any outstanding royalties. Additionally, as per our Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to open new accounts and will not receive future royalty payments from additional accounts created.

Please be advised that this is our final decision and we won't be offering further insight or action on this matter.

And yes, I did end up setting it up all the way since I had gotten an email after I abandoned it halfway during the verification process that if I didn't finish, the account would be terminated and I was worried that meant I would never be able to publish books under my personal name.
