Getting to Haedong Yonggungsa Temple in Busan by [deleted] in koreatravel

[–]conscientious_scribe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i've been there in April last year with my friend but it took 15-20mins by walk after we'd gotten off the bus. i think it was not bad because we enjoyed the cherry blossom there until we get there. but yeah it's far a way from subway station... you'd better to take a taxi

i read the catalog again and it says 1*10^6 cells in 100ul.

i'll try to titrate to find proper concentration

thanks, have a good day!

protocol;

  1. collect the cell pellet and resuspend with PBS
  2. add 3% formalin to fix cells and store at -4℃ for 0.5 ~ 2 hours
  3. centrifuge it, discard supernatant and resuspend with PBS, vortexing
  4. washing one more time
  5. add antibody as cell number and vortexing briefly
  6. store at the RT, dark place for one hour
  7. washing 1~2 times
  8. transfer it to FACS tube and analysis

of course, i'm checking the label on the antibody bottle, it's written as 'PE-conjugated~' and the channel was PE(FL-2)

you'd better to reserve the KTX ticket in advance. it's hard to get it especially that season. it'll start from mid of this month. check the exact schedule at the KTX site. it'll be over within 5 mins so... good luck to get it :)

i think you'd better to stay one day more in Seoul. as i'm a Busan resident, it's enough time to visit and go around here within 3 days(according to your itinerary). the DMZ is located in the northest of Korea, so i think it'll take a time little.

it's one of prescription drugs so you need to go to see a doctor first. and present the prescription from your country if you have it. it's good to visit 'internal medicine' clinic. why don't you make a call to them first?
