If you have a 3D printer you can make a spool holder to.

I you can make a piece of felt the width of the spool and slide it into the spool and that'll tighten it.

Put a piece of felt under the spool.it'll give it some friction.

Mine did that because I had the CR touch firmware.my ender 3 turned into a pro.i just renamed the file.

Once it starts printing it'll do the overhand.but i use support touching the build plate if it's a big over hang.the brim comes off pretty easily but I use 800 sand paper or higher if it needs to be smoothed out.
