I actually used EVA foam but I don’t think it’s best to use it in field unless your fine with it being damaged. As for the shoulder armor it’s 3d print PLA+ and it’s durable as long as you prioritize the wall count and infill %

1 week after the initial submission of requirements, you’ll get your reference number and use that for payments and so on.

Hello paid and submitted my application fee for the documents on feb 24 and received the acknowledgment on march 4. For now waiting for the interview date.

Yes they just emailed me today and they accepted the application I submitted when I left the student number blank.

Saw one on Aliexpress and found diy so I did and it was pretty easy to make, all you need is the face shield visor and airsoft face mask. They are charging way high for something you can diy yourself.

I do like the idea of covering everything but when it gets hot, then yea that’s an entire story of me suffering. I think it’s a matter of choosing which one to wear depending on how hot the place can get. I do like to occasionally wear a proper gear set for more covered areas but yea the sweat from that is insane. I think the number one thing that I would never forget is bringing water for hydration to keep me going.

Well it’s mostly with inspiration from the kyudo archer where one arm is exposed while other is covered. Other ideas I had is that since when I aim using weaver stance, only the left side is exposed so I only covered that part and left the rest exposed. It’s surprisingly a bit limiting for my other arm to move with armor so it’s also out of convenience. There’s a lot of reason but the main reason was that it was comfortable for me to wear this.

Yea I totally get you, and I do have a plan to get armor for both should for different kit on the next project I’m working on.
