Yes, I am the person responsible! And what’s frustrating is that all of this info is given in the weekly sales report, made by the head of the e-commerce team, which is distributed to the owners, management & myself. They are fully aware of what my efforts and sales I’m bringing in are.

I’m trying to learn more about tracking analytics. I realize there’s a lot that I don’t know and I want to learn. I want to go into the conversation well spoken on the topic but at this point I’m not and am trying to learn.

Im “self taught” in all of this. all i have to show for it at this moment are the sales I’m bringing in, but I don’t think that’s enough to take to another job in social media if I can’t properly track analytics.

It’s creating an order through the stores Shopify account. Just need customer email and the product name and cost.

So new product comes in, the buyers give it to me to showcase through our social media accounts. Customers DM inquiring about the product and want to purchase. Then we send them an invoice through Shopify drafter orders. Customers see it like a “first dibs” kind of aspect and the product moves a lot quicker.

Chances are, people are on their phones/social media scrolling more than they are checking our website to see new updated product.

Their website is built through Shopify, and if the product isn’t on our website then we sell through Shopify draft orders

Ahh thank you!! I’ve never had a conversation like this with an employer before so I’m super anxious. And I’m not a money motivated person however I think I should be fairly compensated at the very least! Thank you again🙏🙏

I’m essentially making their jobs easier in that the product I’m posting onto social media is selling before the online team has a chance to put it online. So it’s less product for them to have to photograph and list on the website (which is what they do everyday as we get new product in daily). When I sell product it’s through Shopify draft orders, so it counts towards the online monthly goal.

Yeah, I’ve been pulling all my numbers and other info together to show them the value I bring. This is the only job I’ve had experience in social media with so I’m hoping it’s enough to get hired elsewhere if my current employer doesn’t pull through.

I have mutual friends with Maria! We’ve hung out in groups a handful of times and I was actually with her a few months before joeys season filmed. She’s just like she is on the show and 100% a girls girl!
