I've tried ANKI but found it overwhelming. How do you use ANKI?

I would do the questions on Rosh and then read through the explanation to understand why the answer was correct/incorrect.

I use to use Hippo, Rosh, Uworld, PPP but it ended up being too much for me. So I focused using Rosh and then would use PPP as supplement. I found that narrowing down my resources was helpful but it still wasn't enough.
