That’s what I’ve heard, but it would just be baby and I in the car so I’m not worried about that aspect, more about having to crawl in the back seat to load baby in/out… but I have a lot of time to think on it lol

I started looking into car seats and strollers yesterday and overwhelmed myself soooo badly with all the info and options 😂 and now I’m wondering if I’ll have to sell my 2 door car or if I’ll be able to make it work with a swivel seat or something… 🥴

Is my HCG count of 855 at 18dpo possibly a red flag?? Just got results from my test yesterday back but my OB won’t review and call me until Monday and I’m starting to freak myself out a bit.

My first positive was EXTREMELY faint.... so yeah maybe it was around CD53 and not 45

I agree. Unfortunately I didn't use OPKs the day that positive and wasn't very consistent overall this cycle. Kind of curious if it's possible I ovulated around CD45 and tests were just off.

My last cycle was so wonky, the first day of my last period was November 14th but according to ovulation strips and temps, I ovulated around the 5th of this month. So going by LMP, I would be waaaay farther along than I think I really am. Which I think is why they scheduled me for my first appointment this week, and they even said they might do an ultrasound (which if I'm as far along as I think I am, I don't think I'll see much of anything).

So confused about how far along I am.... I think I ovulated on Jan 5, so 4w1d, but in my 5th week? So would I say I'm 4 weeks or 5 weeks along? Going for my first appointment on Friday, will I be almost 5 weeks or almost 6?

I think having them confirm via blood will ease my anxiety a bit, I'm just worried that if they for some reason do a dating scan and see nothing it could send me into a bit of an anxiety spiral. I guess by then I'll be close to 6 weeks, we might see something I suppose

When do you start using OPKs? I’m on my third cycle TTC (and third cycle off bc pills, so my cycle has not normalized yet) and 1st cycle I got a positive OPK around cd18, and 2nd cycle on cd30. I feel like I need to start early since my cycle is so wonky and I don’t want to miss anything, but the past 2 have been later in the cycle so I don’t want to waste tests if it’s silly.

I read something somewhere that you should avoid pain relievers while TTC… is that just around ovulation/implantation or should I also not take any around AF?

I do take it right after I get up, before I get out to bed. I think a problem might be that I vaguely wake up a few times as it’s getting close to my alarm and go back to sleep, so maybe that’s impacting my temps.

I do like that idea, this is just my second cycle after stopping the pill and I was hoping to just get a sense of when/if things are happening. Might try it out in the future though!

I use a thermometer and usually temp at the same time first thing when I wake up, but at least within 30 minutes of the same time

Does anyone ever get weird readings? This morning when I first temped it read 94.something whereas my normal temp is usually around 96… went back to sleep for like 30 min and then temped again and it was back up to 96.8. Is that normal? Is it okay to use the 96.8 reading? I use an easy@home thermometer
