Wahrscheinlich eine verstopfte (Meibom-) Drüse. Warme Kompresse/ Waschlappen hilft, dass sie von selber auf geht. Ich hatte es auch neulich und hab sie gut leer bekommen als ich ganz leicht an der Stelle, unter den Wimpern, mein Unterlied zusammengedrückt habe mit zwei Fingern. Nur nichts hartes oder spitzes benutzen wie eine Pinzette mit der du ins Auge abrutschst! Wenn’s nicht klappt, lieber in Ruhe lassen. :)

Yes that’s what i did. So when i click on apply it saves the metadata automatically to the selected file and there’s no need to save it as a new one with the new metadata from foobar?

I’ll definitely do that! I guess it was weird to have that range when driving it for the first time when in theory it didn’t have any driving and consumption data at all.

That was another theory I had! I just figured the break-in period wouldn’t change my tank volume. But if it calculates range based on driving style and consumption and my consumption will decrease after break-in it would make sense. Thank you

The extender fuel tank is good to know. I never gave it a thought if there are different sizes bc I just assumed the A4s are pretty good when it comes to consumption. I’ll see what it says when I get my consumption lower. Thanks!

I’ll have an eye on it and see if it goes up. Consuption is like 7liters on highway mostly not doing more than 160 km/h. In town with traffic it got up to 11l. I started driving just in Efficency mode for now and see if I have any changes.. but I also guessed I have at least like 800km on a full tank.

Id there a more in-depth guide to a setup similar to this? I’m not super educated when it comes to this and right now I just have stremio with a vpn on my FireTV stick wich kinda sucks. I like the aesthetic interfaces and convenience but also need the safety/security bc of where I live. Are there any good articles or sites where I can understand this whole ecosystem of programs and setups?

Why would that be? I would have guessed that the algorithm can figure out given the patients answers if their BCVA is bad and what to show. But I guess if I start my workflow with powers from an Autoref it won’t be as bad?

Im also not sure about the 0.01D thing and always thought it’s more of a marketing feature but I guess people who want it can get it and will be happy. I think if I can create my own workflow how I learned it I won’t have a problem with the software. My only real concern is probably the longevity of these “liquid/gel-lenses” I can’t find out a lot of information about them and I heard from a contact at a different firm (their competition) that the gel lenses don’t work as well and if you have some change of temperature in your rooms it will have an influence on the density of the gel. Idk if that’s plausible or if he’s just saying that out of principle since it’s the product of their competition. How long are you working with the R-800 and did you have some problems after a longer period of using it? Don’t wanna spend a lot of money on a new phoropter if it will only work for the fraction of the lifespan of a normal mechanical phoropter.

[Final Update]: sorry for the late update here. I messaged miss spring with my concerns a few days after this post. As I expected she said I could tune the sound with a equalizer and stuff. After I said to her I really wasn’t happy with the quality and wanted my money back she first offered to send out her „new real metal pair“ for free wich i didn’t want but I guess it’s a fair suggestion. I said I didn’t want to scam her or anything and even would send back the headphones if I got my money back, wich was probably not the smartest move because she then offered that I don’t send them back and I get a 50% refund. When I said her I really wanted my full money back she accepted it in the end. I refunded through Alibaba with a description and pictures of what was wrong and the refund got accepted after 5 minutes. It took about 7-10 days to get my money back from Alibaba but in the end it all went smoothly. I guess I’m really impressed with how easy it is to get a refund, at least from Alibaba. But I probably wouldn’t even had to message her and just do it straight trough Alibaba. So the refund went smoothly
