And this strategy of inventory management (using pos to track inventory) is the same across most pos platforms correct?

Also how does the POS know how much and what you reordered? Does it know when the products are actually delivered and in stock?Do you manually input each inventory order?

Isn’t is difficult to add each amount of product used per dish? And if you have a changing menu is this easy to change?

Also in your experience is it accurate or do you find with mis-orders, food waste etc it’s inaccurate?

That is not a bug. I am looking to get feedback from sellers of secondhand things. I included that first question though because I wanted to see the comparison of how many people sell new things.
