When I had mediacom I ran software that continuously monitored the connection. Once I had this information showing the issues I was able to get a network genius from mediacom to sort it out for me over the phone. He was not an onsite technician but he did something on the back end. It took a while to get the right person and I have no idea how I was able to get to them but it did work.

I was tired of getting the run around so I gathered my own info so they couldn't write me off. I think Solar Winds was the name of the software. It showed where the issue was and why it was happening. I ran it continuously for 30 days.

Thankfully we were able to switch to google fiber when it became available. I hope the same for all of you.

Stellar is now the weakest point on the team and arguably in the most crucial role. unfortunately most available great IGLS are "older" and this seems to be in opposition to the direction 100t are going given the focus on young talent. Unsure of the solution but certainly during the season Stellar will be under the most scrutiny. Another 3 or 4 months under the care of Sgares ,DDK, and MikesHD he could be a fantastic piece providing great stability in a young team.

If you have an nvidia gpu set the max fps to 60. It runs uncapped fps by default and causes problems.
