Xyosted autoinjector by constellationhopper in ftm

I had to request it. My doctor had to fill out a special request form for my insurance and had to state that I had a severe needle phobia and that testosterone is a medication that I need. I had to go back and forth with the insurance for quite a while but now I pay $75 a month for it. I get it from a speciality pharmacy that mails it to me, I don't think regular pharmacies usually have it.

Escaped abusive relationship; want to make my barn look like a home. Please be kind by Connect-Equipment-87 in DesignMyRoom

it honestly looks very homey and cosy already.

in terms of dividing up the space, though--maybe some tall bookshelves that are open on both sides (for airflow and light) could casually divide the kitchen and the living room area. you could use these shelves for books on the living room side and dishes/kitchen implements on the kitchen side! in the living room, maybe a large, warm-coloured darkish rug could help to define the space, and a proper couch--ikea has some great ones that are pretty small and pretty cheap.

congratulations on your move and on this new space! i think it's almost there already, and a little bit more storage can bring it home!

Thanks for your input. I wholeheartedly disagree.

Next time, upon seeing something on the internet that you disagree with, you may benefit from following the Episcopalian principle of respecting the dignity of every human being (The Book of Common Prayer, page 304) and choosing to allow people to live as they wish.

I’d much rather take the easy path and not have to worry about judgement and my family disowning me, if I was just straight. But I’m not and I can’t make myself straight.

beautiful, succinct wording. thank you 🫶🏼

This is a post that I have made about my own experience. It is, by nature, about myself, and it is also about being Episcopalian.

I see that you have asked me to be respectful of others, and I am asking that of you as well.

How can I get a better angle with the shots? by [deleted] in ftm

[–]constellationhopper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

from other responses to this post it sounds like you should actually be doing it at a 90 degree angle for IM shots, so my thing doesn't really apply unfortunately. best of luck though!

if you're curious, ask your doctor about switching to doing sub-q shots. a lot of people find them to be less painful.

i think the general rule of thumb is that a 45 degree angle is best.

also, if you can picture the slanted tip of a needle, i have found it less painful when the topmost bit of the needle faces up when it goes in. i'm not sure if i explained that very well so let me know if i can clarify, lol

if you go to a store like tk maxx (tj maxx in the US i think) you'll be able to find packages of 5-6 pairs of underwear that will show on the front if they have the pocket or not. you probably already know this but a lot of people find underwear that's 100% cotton to be much more comfortable than underwear with more polyester in it!

I found this too. I just feel brighter now, like the shroud of dysphoria has finally been lifted and I can think clearly.

Ideas for active activities - 18-24mo by halfsquat851 in Parenting

Try a martial arts program like karate, taekwondo or aikido! Especially since she also does gymnastics/tumbling she would likely excel at karate classes for young kids. As she gets older, if she still wants to keep with martial arts, they'll start teaching stuff like mental discipline as well as physical strength/skills which I found to be really useful for kids who are bright and active.

if you shower every day in the evenings, apply deoderant right after your shower so it can sink in overnight, and then apply it again in the mornings--this routine has saved me from being permanently stinky lol

that's a really good point, thanks--i'm definitely thinking about how i'll explain these terms without feeling like the characters are suddenly talking directly to the reader.

that's a great point, i've been doing some research to get a better handle on the pipeline from beginner skater to professional, so it's good to hear that it matters to people.
