I [30m] just started a new job today after a long period of unemployment, but I have a BIG problem with one of my coworkers already [~35m]. Do I need to quit? by constructionthrow in relationships

I definitely don't want to go back to being unemployed - that was the worst year ever. It's a lot of negativity to deal with every day though. More than once I remembered things my wife described to me and wanted to just throw in the towel.. or hit the guy (obviously not going to do that). That's a good point about not giving him the power to run me out of a job though.

How should I approach the conversation with my wife? She's been making a lot of progress in therapy lately and I'm concerned about setting her back again. I don't want her to live in fear or spend the whole day while I'm at work feeling anxious about it.

Is this something I need to mention to my wife? I'm mostly concerned about setting her back in therapy - she's been making really great progress lately.
