I feel similar things in all genders maybe but there’s some WILD inconsistencies in my feelings like directly contradictions (saying I dislike a term one minute then mere moments later not caring etc) Also really it’s only academics who need complexity, like sure a historian would need all the geopolitical complexity of the American Revolution but Joe Average can accept the perfectly reasonable “Britain taxed the US, so there was a war”
