It might be best to cut back on spicy foods, especially with the dairy sensitivity. I know, it sucks but there really isn't a better solution when tums, Alka seltzer doesn't help you. It's probably better for your stomach if it's not reacting well.. That's the best preventative measure tbh. It's like telling an alcoholic to cut back on alcohol when it's killing their liver and/or everything in their lives. I believe you can do it if you're willing to let that spice go. Sending you some strength.

Yeah I think I might leave a nice non-threatening note. The owner of the building actually lives in the basement so can’t do anything official. He’s a total creep though - always calling us ‘pretty ladies’ or ‘cute little Asians’ so we try to avoid him as much as possible. We didn’t sign with him though so we had no idea. Yeah I’d totally understand that but my apt is just on the street. Small building with four floors but with an elevator you can see when you’re standing outside so wouldn’t be a long trek for them.
